- 250g spinach pasta
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- ½ cup walnuts, toasted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- ½ cup hummus
- ¼ cup roasted almonds, chopped
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
*Cook the spinach pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
